I'm in a coffee shop eating hand made fries and mac'n'chess.
For the past two days, I went to the gym swimming with a friend of mine, Ashley. Yesterday, I ran into three guys who were trying to teach me how to swim properly. It nice to know that I have in shape friends that are willing to help me and not make fun of me. They are so loving. I am glad I go to a Christianity University.
I am going to start working out on the machines today.

I didn't realize that I wanted to do this weight loss until tonight. I need to learn how to have self-control. I can remain saying that since I am already overweight, that there isn't nothing that I can do.
Is a a list of what I ate today:
One slice of watermelon.
Fried fish and friend potatoes.
Three homemade cookies.
I don't even want to guess the calories.
I don't normally eat three meals a day. I'm going to start eating three meals a day to help me balance my calorie intake. I'm going to start eating 1,200 calories a day to strink my stomach. For the next three days, I'm going to eat 800 calories.
I need a work out plan.
I need goal setting.
